Consultations and Workshops

Invited Workshops, Presentations & Consulting

I partner with organizations, teams, and communities to create participatory experiences that strengthen communication, connection, resilience, and creativity.

Drawing from my experience in public health, academia, community engagement, facilitation, and the arts, I combine evidence-informed approaches with intuitive painting, movement, reflection, storytelling, and collaborative creative practices.

My work is informed by trauma-aware principles, Compassionate Inquiry®, Motivational Interviewing, human-centered design, and many years of teaching and facilitating across professional and community settings.

Each offering is customized around the needs of the group, the purpose of the gathering, and the challenges or possibilities the organization is navigating.

Team Workshops & Creative Retreats

Creativity, Resilience & Connection for Teams

These customized workshops offer teams an opportunity to step outside familiar roles, slow down, listen differently, and reconnect with their individual and collective creativity.

Workshops can support:

  • Team connection and relationship-building

  • Communication, empathy, and deep listening

  • Creative problem-solving and innovation

  • Resilience during change or uncertainty

  • Burnout awareness and collective wellbeing

  • Psychological safety, trust, and belonging

  • Reflection after challenging or emotionally demanding work

Formats may include conference workshops, staff retreats, professional-development sessions, leadership gatherings, or an ongoing series.
